Michael Toledo didn't learn the service drive from a textbook. He built his career from the ground up — across independent shops, franchise dealerships, and luxury automotive brands — earning every lesson through real interactions with real customers.
Today he still works the drive every day, currently serving as a full-time luxury car service manager. He's not a consultant who left the industry to teach it. He's in it — and building this on top of it, alongside raising three young kids.
